Stoller Fisheries was founded in 1932 by Harry F. Stoller with two employees and one truck. Leonard Stoller, Harry's son, purchased the fisheries in 1953 and expanded the business significantly. In 1982, Leonard's son, Larry Stoller, took over as President of Stoller Fisheries and, with Vice President Thomas Opheim, began a complete modernization and mechanization of the company. Stoller Fisheries now employs over 40 people and operates with state-of-the-art processing equipment. The company operates under an approved HACCP plan and is authorized by the United States Food and Drug Administration as an exporter to foreign countries. All products are produced under Rabbinical supervision from Star-K. A full time Rabbi supervises the daily production of a full range of products.
